এই শর্তাবলী ("শর্ত") SHAOL TECH এর ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবা ("আমরা", "আমাদের") ব্যবহারের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে, আপনি এই শর্ত মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি

কিছু পরিষেবার জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। আপনাকে সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের সকল কার্যকলাপের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।

৩. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট

সমস্ত অর্ডার প্রাপ্যতা এবং ক্রয়ের সময় মূল্য নিশ্চিতকরণের উপর নির্ভরশীল।
পেমেন্ট কেবল অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে হতে হবে (যেমন: bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer)।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারীর কারণে যে কোনো ত্রুটির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
অর্ডার দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনি আইনগতভাবে বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি করতে সক্ষম।

৪. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং

আমরা বাংলাদেশে সর্বত্র পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।
প্রাক্কলিত ডেলিভারি সময় ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস, কুরিয়ার এবং অবস্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে।
গ্রাহক যদি ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ না করে, পুনঃডেলিভারি উভয় শিপিং ফি প্রদানের শর্তে হবে।
SHAOL TECH কুরিয়ার সেবার কারণে ঘটিত বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নয়।

৫. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

সাধারণ পণ্যের জন্য ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
সম্পূর্ণ কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র যোগ্য রিটার্নের জন্য প্রযোজ্য এবং অগ্রিম অর্থ ফেরত অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, SHAOL TECH দ্বারা নির্ধারিত।

৬. মেধাস্বত্ব

ওয়েবসাইটে সব কনটেন্ট, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, ডিজাইন এবং পণ্য SHAOL TECH বা এর লাইসেন্সধারীর। আপনি পূর্ব অনুমতি ছাড়া পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা ডেরিভেটিভ কাজ তৈরি করতে পারবেন না।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
রেপ্লিকা পণ্যের আইনগত নিয়ম মেনে চলা।
অ্যাকাউন্ট লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখা।
ওয়েবসাইট ও পরিষেবা দায়িত্বশীল ও নৈতিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা।

৮. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

SHAOL TECH ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্যের ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত কোনো পরোক্ষ, দুর্ঘটনাজনিত বা ফলাফলের ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। আমাদের সর্বমোট দায় সীমাবদ্ধ ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের প্রদত্ত অর্থের পরিমাণ পর্যন্ত।

৯. আইন এবং বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই শর্তগুলি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। যেকোনো বিরোধ শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার আদালতের স্বতন্ত্র বিচারব্যবস্থার অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

১০. শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ

SHAOL TECH যেকোন সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তনগুলো এই পৃষ্ঠায় হালনাগাদ তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে। হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলী ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনার সম্মতি প্রকাশ পাবে।

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the courier and location.
If a customer refuses delivery, re-delivery will require paying both shipping fees.
SHAOL TECH is not liable for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days for standard products.
Fully customized products are non-returnable.
Refunds are only processed for eligible returns and do not include advance payments.
Partial refunds may be applicable in certain cases, as determined by SHAOL TECH.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, designs, and products on this website are owned by SHAOL TECH or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. User Obligations

Provide accurate information when placing orders.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding replica products.
